1. Scope of Work
These terms apply to all photography, videography, and floor plan services provided by Property Frame. By booking a shoot, the Client (the Estate Agent or Homeowner) agrees to these terms in full.
2. Booking & Cancellations
Scheduling: Bookings are confirmed only once a date and time are agreed upon via email, or our booking system.
Cancellations: We understand the property market is fluid. However, cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the shoot will incur a fee of 50% of the total booking cost.
Weather: For exterior shots, if the weather is unsuitable (heavy rain/gales), we will reschedule the exterior portion at no extra cost.
3. Property Readiness
The property must be "photo-ready" upon the photographer’s arrival.
To maintain our competitive pricing and 24–48 hour turnaround, the photographer cannot assist with cleaning, decluttering, or moving furniture.
If a property is not in a ready condition to be photographed, a "Call-out Fee" may apply if the shoot is abandoned (£45 flat fee).
4. Delivery & Turnaround
Standard Turnaround: High-resolution edited images will be delivered via digital gallery within 24 to 48 hours of the shoot completion.
Format: Images are provided in JPEG format and a pixel resolution of 2400x1600 (unless a different format or resolution is requested by the client). These are well optimised for Rightmove, Zoopla, and social media.
5. Usage Rights & Copyright
Ownership: The Photographer retains full copyright of all images produced.
Licensing: Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for the sole purpose of marketing the specific property listing.
Third-Party Use: Images may not be sold or gifted to third parties (e.g., developers, staging companies, or other agents) without written consent and an additional licensing fee.
6. Payment Terms
Invoices are issued upon delivery of the images.
Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date.
We reserve the right to withhold image downloads or cease future bookings if account balances are overdue.
7. Liability
While we take every care, the Photographer is not liable for any damage to the property or items within it during the shoot, unless caused by gross negligence.
The Photographer is not responsible for any loss of sale or instruction resulting from the use of the images.
